MARKET ANALYSIS & CUSTOMER DISCOVERY
In phase one we review your impact, your reach, and your KPIs. What are your strengths, what can be improved, and what value can you add to your market. We review your industry's outlook, determine your target customer, compare your competition, and analyze our findings. With this information we build a constructive set of user personas, identify pain points for your target user, and explore effective solutions for resolving these through your product.
This is an inventory phase, we look at exactly where you are at so we can determine where you need to go and how you are going to get there.

WIREFRAMING
Based upon our rigorous customer discovery we create a wireframe prototype of the key and most desirable functionalities of your service. We note the variations in your different avatars and look for oportunites to customize the user experience to each. Your client is not one size fits all and neither is your service. We plan for this in the begining determining how and where we can use data to personalize and optimize experience and therefore sales.

PROTOTYPE TESTING
Before implementing our wireframe we build a testable prototype and deploy it to a group of your key personas. We source these users from our body of survey takers. During this phase we work out all of the bugs in design and execution, ensuring that users are guided to take action and respond well to the prototype. we allow users to make suggestions and reiterate based upon common frustrations or expressed needs.

INTERFACE DESIGN
Our design phase is our most exciting yet. We apply the principles and visual elements of your branding to create a beautiful interface for your application. The design process is also iterative and we employ user testing to evaluate success and response to our design execution
