Lead Product Designer
End to end design of a B2B platform for Experian partners to develop and manage enterprise integrations.
Experian offers solutions and services to B2B partners to increase engagement and retention through credit products. Our partners range in size, industry, and location - but they all have one thing in common... they need credit and financial tools to stay competitive, compliant, and valuable to their customers.
Context
On average, it took a partner 18 months to launch an Experian product. This is a huge investment for both Experian and its partners. So we built a platform for partners to deploy and manage their Experian integrations. In order to do this, we didn’t just update a product, we changed our business.
Challenge
Customization
Our team designed a set of white labeled, embedded components for partners. Customization of these components was essential for our partners, so I designed branding and customization tools for our partners.
